Biography

Highlife royalty. Igbo soul. A voice carried from Enugu to the world.

Chinedu Izuchukwu Okoli, professionally known as Flavour and Flavour N'abania, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and live performer rooted in Igbo highlife. His musical journey began as a church drummer in Enugu before the release of N'abania in 2005. Across eight studio albums, his catalogue brings together indigenous language, expressive singing and live instrumentation, spanning romantic, celebratory and gospel-influenced music. Highlights include Ada Ada, Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix), Golibe and Big Baller. African Royalty (2023) was followed by Afroculture (2025), with acoustic and orchestral projects adding new interpretations of his repertoire. His international appearances include OVO Arena Wembley, Afro Nation, Rototom Sunsplash, Uprising Festival, New York’s SummerStage and tours across North America and Australia. The 2026 EP Flavour: ORCHESTRATED is jointly credited with The London Recording Orchestra.
